Our Halifax Aqua Nova swimmers did a tremendous job this weekend at the Nova Scotia Figure Championships.  With the addition of the Canadian Sport for Life (CS4L) fitness components, it made for a long day, but we are very proud of all of our swimmers, and their fantastic results.

Well done girls!!

Please note that practice is cancelled tonight, November 23rd due to extremely poor road conditions.

Also, our first meet of the season is taking place this Saturday, November 26th at Needham Centre Pool in Halifax.  This is the annual Age Group Figure Championships, so wish our swimmers luck!!

Halifax Aqua Nova had yet another successful fundraiser.  On Saturday, October 29th, the girls acted as stewards at the Fundy Fancier's Halloween Cat Show.  Thanks to all who put in a very long day!!

To date, through a variety of efforts, we have raised $1736.06 for our club, and we have a number of activities still planned.
